UMLand was proud to once again be recognized as a Top 10 Developer in the 2018 Property Insight Prestigious Developer Awards (PIPDA) and honoured that UMLand Mahkota Hills was named Winner of the Best Value Creation Development Award. Both awards were presented by guest of honour, and new Minister of Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government – YB Puan Zuraida Kamaruddin. PIPDA 2018 witnessed more than 50 award recipients taking to stage which culminated in over 600 guests attending the grand dinner.
