On 14 April 2018, the Seri Austin – Setia Bridge linking UMLand Seri Austin Township to Setia Business Park, Eco Business Park and Seelong was proudly and officially open. The dual carriageway bridge extends approximately 68 metres is an alternative route that could reduce travel time from Seri Austin to Kempas old road and Senai Airport. The event, held in conjunction with Earth Day, was officiated by Tuan Haji Amran Bin A. Rahman, The Mayor of Majlis Bandaraya Johor Bahru, and witnessed by Mr. KK Wong, CEO of UMLand Seri Austin cum Group Director of UMLand Township. In celebration of both occasions, several activities were lined up throughout the day such as pedalling around the township, EM Mudball Making Competition for Primary Schools, EM Mudball Throwing into the Seri Austin Lake and a Push Bike Fun Race.
