It is indeed a proud and joyous moment for us, where we would like to announce Yang Amat Berbahagia, Tun Musa Hitam, Chairman of UMLand’s conferment with Japan’s “Grand Cordon of The Order of the Rising Sun”
The honour was bestowed upon Tun Musa Hitam at a special function attended by friends and specially invited guests and was held at the Japanese Ambassador’s Residence, H.E Mr Miyagawa who officiated over the ceremony.
Conferring the decorations twice a year during the month of April and November, the “Grand Cordon of the Order of the Rising Sun” has only been received by 12 Malaysians thus far. Making it the highest honour receivable by a foreigner from Japan.
