15 Apr 2018 | 8.30am – 12.30pm | Construction site @ RMMJ Bandar Seri Alam, Johor

On 15 April 2018, the groundbreaking ceremony officiated by former Johor State Menteri Besar, YAB Dato’ Mohamed Khaled Nordin, marked the beginning of the construction of Perumahan Komuniti Johor (PKJ) and Rumah Mampu Milik Johor (RMMJ). The project will amount to a total of 1,122 affordable homes at UMLand Seri Alam consisting of 421 units of Perumahan Komuniti Johor (PKJ-B) and 701 units of Rumah Mampu Milik Johor (RMMJ), which will be 14-storeys and 16-storeys high respectively. These medium-cost flat units have a built-up of 850 sq. ft. (PKJ-B) and 1000 sq. ft. (RMMJ) under the Johor Affordable Housing Scheme. In view of the ever increasing housing prices, which is one of the main concerns among Malaysians, UMLand is honored to be part of an initiative where developers aim to cater local demands through the provision of affordable living and quality lifestyle where everyone can afford a home.
